Platte River Equity adds two investment professionals

DENVER, Sept. 08, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Platte River Equity (“Platte River”) today announced the arrival of two investment professionals. Eric Crawford joined the firm as vice president and TJ Stone as partner.

Mr. Crawford returns to Platte River where he was a partner for three years before pursuing his MBA. As Vice President, he will focus on investments in all target areas of the business. Mr. Crawford was previously an investment banking analyst at Jefferies in Charlotte, North Carolina. He holds an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management and an AB in economics and engineering from Dartmouth College.

Prior to joining Platte River, Mr. Stone was an analyst in the Diversified Industries Group at JP Morgan in the firm’s New York office. At JP Morgan, Mr. Stone was involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the industrials, transportation and aerospace sectors. Mr. Stone holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Brigham Young University.
